   Sound but no picture

   Usually failed LED backlight strips. We replace the full set so the screen lights evenly.

   No power

   A power board fault, often after a surge or a blackout.

   Lines on the screen

   A T-con board or panel ribbon fault. We test which one before we quote.

   Turns off by itself

   Overheating, a failing power board or a firmware fault.

   No signal or HDMI

   Damaged HDMI ports or a main board fault.

   Smart TV problems

   Frozen apps, Wi-Fi that drops or a TV stuck on the logo. Often fixed with a software reload.
