How much does a repair cost?
There is a visit fee for diagnosis and transport, which depends on where you are and is confirmed before we come. Once the technician finds the fault you get the full price for parts and labour, and nothing is done until you say yes.
Can you come today?
Often, yes. We are open 24/7 and offer same-day visits whenever a technician is free near you. We confirm the time on WhatsApp or by phone.
Do you use genuine parts?
Yes. We fit genuine parts or parts made for your exact model, and carry the common ones with us, so many repairs are finished on the first visit.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. We test the appliance with you before we leave, and every repair comes with our warranty.
