   Burner won’t light

   Blocked burner ports, a wet or cracked igniter, or a faulty spark module.

   Clicks but no flame

   Gas isn’t reaching the burner: a blocked jet, a faulty valve or low pressure from the regulator.

   Flame goes out

   A worn thermocouple that no longer holds the gas valve open.

4. 04

   Smell of gas

   Turn the gas off at the cylinder, open a window and call us. Usually a hose, regulator or valve.

5. 05

   Electric plate not heating

   A burnt-out hot plate, a failed switch or loose wiring.

6. 06

   Oven side not working

   A failed element, thermostat or oven ignition.
